Message from The Laser Loft Medical Spa Owners

These are unprecedented times that we face together as a nation. We wanted to give you an update on the actions we are taking related to COVID-19 government mandates.

Effective Wednesday March 19th, in order to assist in flattening the curve and helping to stop the spread of the coronavirus, The Laser Loft will be temporarily closed, and we are planning to re-open, if appropriate, on May 1, 2020.

For 16 years, The Laser Loft has been your trusted provider in laser hair removal, electrolysis and skin care. Our top priority has always been the safety of our clients and staff. Our staff is very dedicated to ensuring that our clients continue to receive the best possible service during and after this temporary closure. We have staff working diligently to reach out to each of our current, scheduled clients. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will keep you updated as we try to get back to treating you as soon as possible. Please see our FAQ section below for additional questions.

For those of you that are exploring the possibilities of laser hair removal and electrolysis, to further support social distancing, we are launching virtual consultations, starting immediately. This will allow our laser specialist a way to virtually connect with our new clients to review everything you need to know about laser hair removal and electrolysis. During our virtual consultation, we will review the following:

  • Review how laser hair removal works, it’s risks and many benefits

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need To Cancel My Appointment?

For those of you with scheduled treatments, one of our team members will be reaching out to each of you to cancel your appointments as soon as possible. Once we are given the green light to come back to the office, we will reach out to you to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. We will do our best to make all those with rescheduled appointments our first priority in order to keep your treatments as close the normally scheduled time as possible. We appreciate your patience as our staff reaches out to each of you.

When Will The Laser Loft Reopen?

We will be closely monitoring the situation and news daily to determine when we will officially reopen. However, if appropriate, we would like to back by May 1, 2020. A staff member will contact all of our clients as soon as we feel it is safe and get the green light to come back to the office. I Filled Out The Contact Us Form. When Can I Expect To Hear For Someone?

We are diligently working to contact all of our current customers. Please be patient with us. However, we have several staff members available to answer your questions and conduct virtual consultations. Our goal is to connect with you within 24 hours.

What happens if I have a treatment scheduled?

At this time, we are rescheduling people one week at a time. One of our team members will reach out to you the week prior to your appointment. At this time, we are not rescheduling people until we have a set date to reopen. However, if you were set to come in during the Covid-19 closure, we have a list of all those needing rescheduled. Thank you for your patience.

How will the closure affect my treatments and results?

As always, The Laser Loft is committed to providing excellent results. Since each of our patients is in a different stage of their treatment plan, we will look at each person’s individual case. If collectively, we feel that your results have been affected by the COVID-19 shutdown, we will work with each patient to be sure that you have ideal results.

As mentioned above, we are starting free virtual consultations effective immediately. In order to determine if you are a good candidate for laser hair removal, a video consultation is preferred. However, if that is not available to you, we are able to do a consultation via phone.
