In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to address any concerns you may have prior to your next visit and assure you that we are following required guidelines to ensure the safest possible environment for all who enter the salon. The safety of our staff and our clients is our first priority and as such we continue to perform the following cleaning, sanitation and distancing procedures:

All staff are wearing N95 masks and gloves for your safety.

All visitors to the salon are required to have masks on within the salon

Clean and/or disinfect all surfaces, tools, and devices between each guest.

Launder and/or disinfect all towels and linens.

Remove any non-essential items throughout our business.

Initiated touch-free methods of scheduling and payment.

We have re-trained our staff on essential infection control and hygiene practices. All members of our team are Barbacide certified. Each of us has received training and understanding of proper sanitation and disinfection practices and procedures consistent with the current highest industry standards.

Reconfigured our salon to meet social distancing requirements. We encourage you to wait in your car until moments prior to your appointment.  However, we have designated specific "beauty spots" within in the salon to accommodate processing and waiting.

Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact.

In addition, we have implemented and adhere to the on-going practice of strict sanitation and cleanliness procedures between clients to ensure the good health and safety of all salon personnel, clients, and visitors. Be assured, we are taking all the steps necessary so that you can enjoy your services with greater peace of mind.

Client Safety Guidelines

We are delighted to have you as a guest in our salon! We all know that Covid-19 is rapidly changing and so are the rules and guidelines.  The following is a list of guidelines that we are implementing to ensure your safety and the safety of our community:

In order to make the most efficient use of our time and allow time for thorough cleaning between clients, we are asking you to complete the following prior to your appointment:

  1. Complete the short questionnaire that will be sent to you prior to your appointment - We will send you a form that asks pertinent questions that you MUST answer prior to your appointment. Please have this completed before arriving for your scheduled time. We have a tight schedule and will not have time to complete this during your scheduled appointment time. Form access button below.

  2. Pay for your services/products with our touch-free transactions - If you would like to pay ahead of time or touch-free, please let us know as we have the options to send an invoice straight to your phone. If you need product, all of our product is available to purchase online.

  3. Make your next scheduled appointment online here - Once you receive your questionnaire, please make your next scheduled appointment online. Usually, your next appointment should be scheduled 6 weeks after your current appointment. See manage your appointment button below.

  4. 48 hour Cancellation Policy - Please note that we will be having a 48 hour cancellation requirement. You will be charged for your appointment time if you NO SHOW, ARE SEVERELY LATE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AFTER THE 48 HOUR TIME FRAME.

We kindly request that everyone bring and wear a mask. We will be wearing KN95 masks also and will let you know when our policy changes.

We ask that you bring a minimal amount of items with you. please feel free to bring your method of payment and drink with lid. Please do not bring handbags in the salon for the time being.

Please do not come if you are not feeling well. For the time being, your temperature will be checked upon arrival and anyone with a temperature of 100+ degrees will be rescheduled for a future time. All clients must complete the wellness form sent to you prior to your appointment.

If you experiencing any of the following symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment:

Temperature of 100 degrees or more

Fever, cough, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, shortness of breath or recent loss of taste or smell

Please confirm the following statements are true , please call to reschedule your appointment if any of the following are false.

I have not been around anyone with the above symptoms in the past 14 days.

I do not live with anyone who is sick or quarantined

I have not traveled outside the United States in the past 14 days

I have not traveled domestically within the United States by commercial airline, bus, or train within the past 14 days

 

Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment. We must try to have as few people as possible in the salon at one time.

Please keep in mind that to serve you, we have to clean and disinfect everywhere you have touched.  Kindly keep that in mind during your visit and keep contact to a minimum.

Please give your self extra time ahead of your appointment for hand washing and temperature checks when you arrive.
